Jennifer Aniston’s new relationship with spiritual coach and hypnotist Jim Curtis has transformed from an Instagram ‘like’ back in May to a full-blown Hollywood love story over the course of the past four months.
The new couple have spent the summer on vacations across Europe (who can forget that steamy break to Mallorca in July?) and mini-breaks closer to home, as well as double dating with Jen’s showbiz pals.
And last month, their relationship, which insiders say is built on genuine connection and attraction, entered a new chapter when the hunky life guru, 49, accompanied Jennifer, 56, to the premiere of season 4 of her The Morning Show.
Now, a source tells us how the loved-up couple have already started talking about getting married, with Jennifer – who previously wed Brad Pitt and Justin Theroux – earmarking the picturesque European country of Greece as the ultimate destination for her next attempt at a happily-ever-after after.
The insider tells us, ‘Jen used to say she already had her dream wedding when she and Brad Pitt married in Malibu 25 years ago, and when she married Justin Theroux, she deliberately did not attempt to top it and opted for a small, backyard affair.
‘But Jim has become a ray of sunshine in Jen’s life and with him comes the chance to finally do it right: a wedding in Greece where they’re surrounded by ancient ruins, beautiful natural landscapes and a handful of their closest, most fabulous friends.
‘It’s like something out of a romance novel, but that’s where Jen’s head is at as this relationship intensifies. She can’t help herself!’
And if the proof that their romance is solid isn’t clear enough in their confidence to share their blossoming romance in public amidst the furore that has always surrounded Jennifer’s personal life , sources recently told us that the former Friends star finally feels ‘secure’ with her new love.
They told us, ‘Jim’s great. Her close friends love him. He’s amazing to be around and he has this really calm and secure energy. Jen loves it…He feels very safe for her.’
After charming over her best friends, actor Jason Bateman and his wife Amanda Anka during their joint yacht holiday to Mallorca and a further three-hour double date in New York in August, Jennifer and Jim then met with Courteney Cox and her long term partner Johnny McDaid for dinner in Malibu just a fortnight later.
And the source says that for Jennifer, for Jim to gain the approval of her friends was a crucial milestone following years of heartbreak.
Her marriage to Brad from 2000-2005 and his subsequent relationship with his former co-star Angelina Jolie proved to be one of the most-talked about scandals in showbiz history, with fans, and undoubtedly her friends, then holding out hope that her 2015 marriage to actor Justin, which lasted for three years, would be her Happy Ever After.
But now the source reveals how Jen’s pals are rooting for Jim, and hoping that it’ll be third time lucky for Jennifer if they decide to tie the knot.
They tell us, ‘Jim has already passed over a huge hurdle, which was winning over Jen’s tight-knit crew of pals and her long time business team. They love that guy and they love who Jen is when she’s around him.
‘Everybody can see that she brings out the best in him and even though Jen swore off getting married again after things ended with Justin, she and Jim are making future plans and building a life together.’
The couple first bonded when Jennifer revealed she had read Jim’s book on the spiritual practice of manifestation, with insiders describing the vibe of their romance as ‘very zen’.
And now the source tells us how Jennifer and Jim have also bonded over their Greek heritage, with Jennifer’s Greek-American dad John [born Yannis] hailing from Croatia, while one of Jim’s exes recently revealed he is also Greek.
‘Well, I don’t know [Jennifer] personally, but I do know that we share a commonality of being Greek. So I’m sure that’s a common ground. If they are together, you know, culture is strong,’ said podcaster Alyssa Pettinato.
Now the source says this new common ground has further prompted Jennifer’s resolve to marry overlooking the vast landscapes of greenery, sea and picture-perfect white and blue dwellings.
The source says, ‘Their shared Greek heritage is a big part of their shared life and always will be. Jen’s dad was born in Greece, on the island of Crete, so she has a very special connection to the place.
‘She actually lived there when she was a kid for about a year and she’s gone back many times to visit – she loves it. And now more than ever, she loves the idea of sunrise vows overlooking the Aegean Sea.’
While Jennifer’s first $1 million wedding to Brad in 2000 saw the couple marry on a cliff top in Malibu in a traditional and glamorous ceremony, her second wedding to Justin in 2015 saw her embrace a more laid back approach when the pair wed in the garden of their Bel Air mansion.
However, the source now says that Jennifer believes that fate has intervened to ensure she gets her ‘dream’ wedding to Jim.

‘Way back when she married Justin they seriously considered doing the wedding there, they even went on a scouting trip, but ultimately they decided they’d rather do it at home,’ the insider says.
‘At the time, Jen was really torn but now she’s so glad they made that choice because she feels like Jim’s the one she’s always been waiting for and it makes a lot more sense to marry him in Greece, considering he’s Greek, too.’
The super private duo are also said to be planning a whirlwind engagement, with the source now adding how Jennifer and Jim’s guest-list will be restricted to their very closest family and friends.
They tell us, ‘When she married Justin they kept the guest list fairly small compared to the 200 people she and Brad had at their wedding, but it was by no means tiny, in the end there were close to 100 people there.
‘This time around she’s determined to keep it really tight, only their very closest friends and family. She doesn’t need a big spectacle, she just wants her core group, like Courteney, Jason and Amanda and Jimmy [Kimmel] and making it a destination wedding will make it much easier to cut down the guest list.’
In 2022, Jennifer candidly revealed how she would ‘love’ a relationship, but expressed that she had no desire to marry again.
‘Never say never, but I don’t have any interest [in marriage],’ she said at the time.
But fast forward three years and, while the source says many of Jen’s friends are ‘surprised’ by her change of heart, they reveal that for those closest to the star, they can see exactly why Jim has been the man to change her mind.
‘All this talk about wanting to marry Jim has definitely come as a bit of a surprise to people around her,’ the insider says.
‘But no one is raining on her parade with this, because she and Jim really are such a great match. Jen deserves her happy ending and so far Jim has been knocking it out of the park, so it’s no wonder she’s changing her tune.
And after Jim discreetly told fans last week that he had ‘found love again’, the source says he is very much ‘on the same page’.
