SO. Kroy Biermann Slams Ex Kim Zolciak as ’Narcissistic,’ Tells Her New Boyfriend’s Estranged Wife That Kim Will ‘Drain’ His Money, Court Docs Say

Kroy Biermann allegedly didn’t hold back when talking about his estranged wife Kim Zolciak in a recent deposition involving her rumored new boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz.

Mowitz’s estranged wife, Jillian Green, testified during a June 16 deposition amid their divorce, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. Green alleged that Biermann, 40, reached out to her directly with concerns about Zolciak, 47, and Mowitz’s involvement.

“He called me,” Green said, adding that the former NFL athlete “was concerned for both myself and Kyle to be involved with her.”

When asked by Mowitz’s attorney, Marvin Solomiany, what concerns Biermann expressed, Green testified, “That financially she would drain money from Kyle.” She also said Biermann told her The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum “was narcissistic and had a gambling problem, wasn’t present for her children.”

Green testified that Biermann showed her Instacart orders tied to Mowitz’s credit card. “He showed the Instacart orders and the credit card number,” Green said, and claimed that she was able to match the transactions to Mowitz’s card.

In April 2023, after about 12 years of marriage, Zolciak and Biermann filed for divorce for the first time. However, in July 2023, a source told PEOPLE that the couple called off the divorce and were “trying to make it work for the kids.” In August 2023, Biermann filed for divorce for a second time.

After filing for divorce, Biermann also filed for sole legal and physical custody, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE at the time.

The former couple share twins Kaia and Kane, 11, Kash, 13, and Kroy Jr., 14, as well as Zolciak’s daughters from her previous relationship, Ariana, 24, and Brielle, 28. Biermann adopted the Bravo star’s eldest daughters shortly after they wed in November 2011.

Green also testified that Biermann was outside Mowitz’s house the day before her deposition.

“He told me that he was,” she said, though she added she “was not concerned for [Kyle’s] physical safety.”

When asked whether she believed Zolciak had anything to do with the end of her marriage, Green said, “No.”

“You’re not alleging that Kim had anything to do with the demise of your marriage, are you?” Mowitz’s attorney asked.

“No,” Green responded. She also testified that she has not met Zolciak and only knows of her through television and media coverage.

“I have watched her on TV for years and just seen in many articles online that her life is filled with drama, and she’s in a very nasty divorce,” she said. “I’ve heard from others locally in the community that have gone to the same school that her children who recently went to that she’s dramatic and didn’t show up much for her children’s activities.”

Green further testified that she does not believe Zolciak would be a positive influence in her children’s lives.

In August, the former professional football player filed for sole physical custody of his and Zolciak’s children. Biermann filed for primary custody and total decision-making authority over their four minor children, 

Biermann claimed in the filing that “there is an immediate concern for the physical, emotional, and mental safety” of their children, alleging that Zolciak is a “tormentor and abuser.”
