RK Jelly Roll boldly predicts Tennessee will upset Alabama while sending a playful message to Nick Saban on GameDay.
Jelly Roll made his thoughts on Nick Saban on Saturday.

The country music star joined ESPN’s College GameDay as the celebrity picker from Athens ahead of Georgia’s game with Ole Miss.
Jelly Roll, who tried his luck at Pat McAfee’s kicking contest, directed his Alabama-Tennessee pick at the former Alabama coach.

“I have dreamed of the day I got to meet the legendary coach Nick Saban, so I can look him in the eye and tell him my family respected and admired you just as much as they hated you because my father was a Vanderbilt fan and the rest of that house bled orange,” Jelly Roll said. “They’re in Tuscaloosa, but the rest of the world wishes they were down in ole Rocky Top. I stand here today saying Tennessee Vols pull the upset in Tuscaloosa, baby. (Tennessee quarterback Joey) Aguilar is coming in on fire. The Tennessee Vols are ready. (Tennessee coach Josh) Heupel’s not going to let us down. It’s feeling like the late ‘90s in Knoxville, baby.”
Kirk Herbstreit deadpanned: “Good stuff. I’m going Bama.”
In fact, so did the panel.

“This is two very explosive offenses, and I think this will be a very high-scoring game,” Saban said. “Since we’re playing in Tuscaloosa, I’m gonna go with Bama.”
McAfee pointed to the 15 game home-winning streak.
“I think that continues,” McAfee said. “I believe the Bama boys will sparking up the stogies at the end of this particular game. It may be the best rivalry in the entire SEC.”
