LS ‘Scotty McCreery is diving headfirst into the ultimate parenting investment — sleepless nights, sweet chaos, and all the unexpected emotions that come with welcoming baby Oliver. Life at home, he admits, has been a beautiful whirlwind with two little ones running the show. Between midnight feedings and Gabi’s journey with breastfeeding, rest has become a rare luxury. But what’s really catching fans’ attention is the question everyone’s asking — are Scotty and Gabi planning to grow their family even more? The truth might just surprise you 👇’ LS

Country star Scotty McCreery and his wife, Gabi, have expanded their family once again. The couple, who first announced back in May that they were expecting, revealed on social media that they’ve welcomed their second child, a son named Oliver Cooke McCreery, born September 18.

Their announcement featured a sweet family moment, showing Scotty, Gabi, their almost three-year-old son Merrick “Avery,” and baby Oliver together. Avery proudly wore a shirt that read “Big Brother” in the original pregnancy reveal photos earlier this year.

Adjusting to Life as Parents of Two

During an interview on the Big D & Bubba radio show, the “Five More Minutes” singer admitted that things have been busy at home since Oliver’s arrival.

“It’s been a whirlwind the last few days,” Scotty shared.

He explained that Gabi is currently taking on the bulk of baby duties while breastfeeding: “There’s only so much I can do at this point as I’m not equipped to help out, totally. But I’ve told her, if you need help, wake me up.”

From “Zone Defense” to “Man-to-Man”

When asked about the possibility of more kids, Scotty kept it open-ended: “We’ll see down the road, ya know? All in God’s plan. But right now, we’re just trying to catch up on sleep.”

With two little ones now in the house, he joked that the family dynamic has shifted: “We’ve gone from zone defense to man-to-man, so we’re all over the house.”

Time at Home Before Returning to the Road

For now, Scotty has a chance to settle in at home and spend quality time with his growing family. According to his official tour schedule, he won’t hit the road again until early November, giving him several weeks to embrace life as a dad of two.
