LDT “Virginia Giuffre’s Memoir Set for Posthumous Release After Family and Publisher Reach Agreement”
Virginia Giuffre’s long-awaited memoir, Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice, will be released on October 21, 2025, months after her death — and after intense negotiations between her family and her publisher, Knopf.
The 400-page book, co-written with journalist Amy Wallace, promises new revelations about Giuffre’s life inside Epstein’s world, her escape, her journey toward advocacy, and her fierce pursuit of justice. It includes her first extended reflections on Prince Andrew since their 2022 settlement.

Giuffre made it clear that she wanted the memoir published under all circumstances. In an email sent to Wallace weeks before her death, she insisted that her story be released “regardless of my circumstances,” calling it her “final act of service” to other survivors.
However, following her death, family members raised concerns about several passages — particularly how her marriage to Robert Giuffre was characterized. After a series of discussions, Knopf agreed to modify the foreword and adjust certain narrative elements while maintaining the integrity of Giuffre’s story.
Publishers describe the memoir as “raw, shocking, and unfiltered,” revealing not only the horrors she endured but also the systemic failures that enabled trafficking across borders.
Supporters say the book will serve as a final chapter in Giuffre’s legacy: a testament to survival, truth-telling, and the power of a single voice against a global network of abuse.
