Attorneys for Karmelo Anthony recently visited Kuykendall Stadium to review the scene of the fatal ๐˜š๐˜ต๐˜ข๐˜ฃ๐˜ฃing of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf.

This visit comes as they prepare for a bond hearing scheduled for Monday, where they will seek to reduce Anthonyโ€™s current $1 million bond. According to his attorney, Billy Clarke, the aim of the visit was to understand the circumstances Anthony faced.

โ€œWe just really want to get in our clientโ€™s shoes and see what the environment was like. I know itโ€™s a beautiful day today, not what it was like on April 2nd. But we want to see what he was going through, just trying to get an idea of what he saw, what it looked like,โ€ Clarke said.

Anthony claims that he acted in self-defense during the altercation with Metcalf.

In the aftermath of Metcalfโ€™s ๐˜‹๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ฉ, which has provoked significant community outrage and concern, reports have emerged about online harassment affecting both families involved.
